The resort offers spacious villas that cater well to families, along with a fantastic water park that kids love. However, the location is a bit of a drive to major attractions, and my experience with the service left much to be desired, especially regarding the VIP sales tactics. Although the amenities are great, they come with a few quirks that could be improved.
